Information Session & Drop-In Hours

An information session will take place at the beginning of the Spring 2026 semester (TBA). Interested students can meet with the TiA 2026 Program Coordinator, Ariti Gani ’28, during her office hours, or with Janet Isserlis by scheduling an appointment.

February: Announcements about an info session in Today@Brown and at events@brown

March:

• First-round proposal deadline:  Friday, March 20, 2026
• Final proposal deadline:  Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Early April: Presenters notified; roundtable cohorts matched with program moderators; tentative schedule announced

Mid April: Training sessions on: Designing a poster; delivering a Pecha Kucha-style Lightning Talk; presenting in a roundtable; how to prepare a vlog/blog post

April 17: Deadline for submitting posters to be printed by the CRC; deadline for vlog/blog submissions (tentative)

April 20: Deadline for submitting slides for April 21 & 22

April 27: Deadline for submitting slides for April 28 & 29
