Interested students can meet with the TiA 2026 Program Coordinator, Ariti Gani ’28, during her office hours, or with Janet Isserlis by scheduling an appointment.

By Monday, April 6: All presenters notified; roundtable cohorts matched with program moderators; tentative schedule announced; guidelines for all presentation formats distributed; invitations sent out for attendance at one of two public speaking/audience engagement training opportunities

Thursday, April 9, 11:59 pm: All presenters complete the Symposium Confirmation and Availability Form (including your presenter bio).

Friday, April 10, 3:00 – 4:30 pm: In-person session for all presenters on public speaking techniques and audience engagement (Kassar Foxboro Auditorium, 151 Thayer Street)

Wednesday, April 15: Deadline for Vlog/Blog submissions

Friday, April 17: Deadline for submitting posters to be printed by the CRC; email the file as a PDF to theoriesinaction@brown.edu

Monday, April 20: Deadline for submitting slides for April 22 presentations (Roundtables and PechaKucha Lightning Talks)

Wednesday, April 21:

• 11:00 – 12:15 p.m. — First Roundtable:
• 12:15 – 1:30 pm. — Lunch for all presenters and TiA Advisory Circle

By Monday, April 27: TiA Vlog/Blog published
